The Capacity Circle

Expanding your window of possibility with community

You Are Invited to Join a Ventana Capacity Circle for Caregivers

Unlike drop-in groups, The Capacity Circles are intentionally designed as closed, cohort-based experiences. Beginning together creates a shared foundation, allowing trust to deepen over time and conversations to become more meaningful. With just 8 participants per Circle, every voice has space to be heard, relationships can naturally develop, and each member receives more focused, personalized attention throughout the experience.

There are two Capacity Circles available:

  1. Individuals with invisible illnesses (read more about the Capacity Circle for Individuals w/ Invisible Illnesses here).

  2. Caregivers supporting someone with invisible illness.

I invite you to take the first step by registering for an Introductory Capacity Circle session by July 15, 2026 for a special rate of $5.

Introductory Capacity Circles will take place during the first two weeks of August 2026. After this period, each cohort will close and remain a contained group for the duration of the experience, with no additional participants added.

Select one of the following Ventana Capacity Circles: Caregivers. You must sign up by July 15, 2026 and attend at least one of the introductory Capacity Circle's listed below to be included in this cohort.
Caregivers: Thursday, August 6th @ 7pm EST
Caregivers: Thursday, August 13th @ 7pm EST

Capacity Circles Community Agreements

By joining, I agree to:

  • Honor confidentiality: What is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle.

  • Speak from lived experience: I share my own truth and avoid giving unsolicited advice.

  • Respect capacity: I honor my own limits and the limits of others, including opting in or out of participation as needed.

  • Listen with presence: I listen to understand, not to fix, respond, or interrupt.

  • Make space for all voices: I step forward when I tend to hold back and step back when I tend to take up space.

  • Limit distractions: I participate from an environment that supports presence and minimizes interruptions (e.g., notifications off, stable setting when possible).

  • Assume good intent, stay in care: I approach others with curiosity and compassion, even in moments of discomfort.

  • Show up responsibly: I attend consistently or communicate when I cannot attend.

  • Hold non-judgmental space: Differences in experience, identity, and perspective are welcomed here.
